To keep costs down, we currently only deliver cacti to New York City and surrounding areas. All orders are hand-delivered in our signature WANDER WEST tote bags. If you are not in NYC or surrounding areas, please contact us for other shipping options.
RETURNS
Please note that any sort of air bubbles, light veining and imperfections in the concrete are not considered faults. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, we allow returns and exchanges of cacti up to 30 days after your purchase, and up to 5 days for all other items. Please note, there will be additional shipping costs.
